Every loaf begins with flour, water, salt, starter, and time. We bake with the hope that what begins in our kitchen finds a place at your table.

We believe the best moments are shared.

A Place at the Table

Around
the Table

Bread has always been more than something to eat.

I grew up in a family where gathering around the table meant slowing down, spending time together, and staying connected. Those moments shaped the way I think about food, family, and hospitality today.

Blair Breadworks grew from the hope that every loaf finds its way to a table where it can be shared with family, friends, neighbors, and anyone who has a seat waiting.

The Craft

Slow bread,
shared simply.

Naturally Fermented

Every loaf begins with flour, water, salt, a living starter, and enough time for flavor to develop naturally.

Small Weekly Batches

We bake to the rhythm of the week, not a shelf. Once every loaf has a place in the oven, reservations pause until the next bake.

Made to Gather

The goal is simple: bread that feels right at home beside family dinners, slow mornings, and tables worth lingering around.

Questions

Before this week's bake.

How do reservations work?

Each week we share the loaves planned for the upcoming bake. Choose what you would like, send your reservation, and we will follow up by email with pickup details and confirmation.

What happens when this week's oven is full?

Once every loaf for the week has been reserved, this week's oven is full. We pause new reservations so every loaf already promised can be baked well. We will share the next bake soon.

What is a Bread Flight?

The Bread Flight is a baker's selection of mini loaves from the week's bake. It is designed for sharing, gifting, or finding a favorite before reserving a full loaf next time.
