Around the Table
Some of my best memories were made around the table.
Blair Breadworks began with the belief that bread can be part of the ordinary moments families remember for years.
Bread has always been more than something to eat.
I grew up in a family where sharing meals mattered. Gathering around the table was how we slowed down, spent time together, and stayed connected.
I love making and sharing good bread. The process is calming, the weekly rhythm is soothing, and the best part is sending each loaf out to neighbors, friends, colleagues, and family. I want every slice to feel delicious and cared for—just like the bread I bring to my own table.
I may not remember every meal we ate, but I remember what it felt like to gather around the table.
Where It Started
Before the first loaf there were the moments we came together.
Blair Breadworks is rooted in the belief that good bread is worth taking the time to make. It is even better when it is shared.
Every loaf is naturally fermented, handcrafted in small batches, and given the time it needs to develop the flavor, texture, and character that make sourdough special.

Family Rhythm
Small traditions become the ones worth keeping.
Now that we have a family of our own, we find ourselves wanting to create those same memories. Little hands helping in the kitchen. A warm slice of bread shared at the counter. Ordinary mornings and family dinners that linger.
Blair Breadworks grew from the hope that each loaf finds its way to a table where it is passed around, shared with a neighbor, brought to a celebration, or simply enjoyed with the people who matter most.
